The Money Back Guarantee applies to the Licensing Service offered by TrueProfile.io. Money Back Guarantee is an addendum to our standard [Terms of Use] and [General Refund Policy]. In the event of a conflict between these Money Back Guarantee Terms and the General Refund Policy, these Money Back Guarantee Terms shall prevail specifically regarding the Licensing Service.
TrueProfile.io is confident in our expertise to guide healthcare professionals through international licensing procedures. We guarantee that if your application for a professional license is rejected by the target Regulatory Authority specifically due to an error in our eligibility assessment or procedural guidance, we will refund 100% of the Service Fees paid to TrueProfile.io.
"Service Fees": The consultancy and processing fees paid directly to TrueProfile.io for the Licensing Service. Exclusions: This does not include fees paid to third parties, including but not limited to Regulatory Authorities (e.g., application fees), Primary Source Verification fees (DataFlow), examination fees (Prometric), or translation/notarization fees, unless explicitly stated otherwise in your specific package.
"Eligible Candidate": A user who has successfully passed TrueProfile.io’s initial pre-screening assessment and has provided truthful, complete information.
"Rejection": A formal, written refusal of the professional license or eligibility letter by the targeted Regulatory Authority.
To qualify for the Money Back Guarantee, you must meet all of the following criteria:
Pre-Screening Pass: You must have completed our pre-screening assessment and received a "Positive Eligibility" confirmation from a TrueProfile advisor before purchasing the service.
Full Disclosure: You must have disclosed all relevant facts regarding your education, experience, gap years, and prior attempts at licensing.
Document Integrity: All documents submitted must be authentic, unaltered, and legible.
Timely Cooperation: You must submit all required documents and respond to TrueProfile or Regulator queries within five (5) business days of the request.
You ARE eligible for a refund if:
The Regulatory Authority rejects your application because you do not meet the professional qualification standards (e.g., degree mismatch, experience shortage) AND TrueProfile previously assessed you as "Eligible" based on the exact same documents.
The application is rejected due to an administrative error made solely by the TrueProfile team (e.g., uploading the wrong file, selecting the wrong category).
The Money Back Guarantee is VOID and no refund will be processed if the rejection or failure to obtain a license is caused by:
Primary Source Verification (PSV) Issues: Negative reports, "Unable to Verify" results, or Discrepancies found by the DataFlow Group (e.g., fake degrees, unverified employment).
Criminal History: Rejection due to failed background checks, security clearance issues, or undisclosed criminal records.
Examination Failure: Failure to pass required licensure exams (e.g., Prometric, oral assessments) within the regulator's required timeframe.
Medical Fitness: Failure to pass medical fitness tests.
Candidate Withdrawal: You voluntarily withdraw your application, "change your mind," or do not respond to our team for a period of 7 days..
Policy Changes: Sudden changes in Regulatory Authority laws or immigration rules that occur after your application was submitted.
Expiry: Failure to complete the process because your documents (e.g., Good Standing Certificate) expired due to your own delays.
Notification: You must notify TrueProfile.io by emailing [support-email] within 14 days of receiving the formal Rejection Notice from the regulator.
Evidence: You must attach a copy of the official Rejection Notice and your DataFlow Case Number.
Review: Our Quality Assurance team will review the case within ten (10) business days to determine the cause of rejection.
Payout: If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days.
This guarantee is strictly limited to the Service Fees paid to TrueProfile.io. We are not liable for any consequential losses, lost income, travel expenses, or fees paid to third-party government bodies or examination centers.
